Incident Reporting

Call 911 first if a Life Safety and/or Fire Response is needed.

Call (509) 335-9000 for facilities-related incidents, including uncontrollable flooding of facilities due to a plumbing or roof leak.

For a reportable incident involving radioactive materials, call (509) 335-4221 during normal business hours. Afterhours and Weekends, call (509) 335-9000.
